Restaurant Manager – Birmingham. In order to be fully prepared for this new concept, we are now looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager, who will thrive on the opening and successful running of this distinguished and characteristic business.

You will need at least 2 years proven management experience within a high quality established Restaurant, you must be able to demonstrate excellent people skills, train, develop and drive your team, whilst maximizing every opportunity to increase sales, resulting in an efficient and smooth service that creates an ambiance second to none.

The ideal candidate will have a great personality, very close attention to detail, be able to keep calm under pressure, be confident, organised, maintain a hands on management culture, have exceptional attention to detail, and a great passion for great service delivery. This will undoubtedly be a very busy environment.

You will be in charge of your own profit centre, so a keen business outlook is key. Wage and Gross Profit control will me a day to day challenge. You will need to be able to fully embrace the restaurant concept. Interested?
